These Terms govern use of jacksparrowcruise.com and direct bookings with Jack Sparrow Cruise.

1. Booking eligibility

The person placing a booking must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of contracting, and authorised to provide guest details. Public cruise checkout requires at least one adult-fare guest.

2. Services and availability

Services are subject to availability, operational conditions, marine traffic, safety requirements and authority instructions. The website and booking confirmation describe the selected experience, inclusions, timings and price.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in AED unless stated otherwise. The server-calculated total displayed before payment is the amount payable. Online card payments are processed through Stripe.

4. Confirmation

A direct booking is confirmed only when the booking/payment status is confirmed by our systems and a booking reference is provided.

5. Arrival and pickup

Guests must arrive or be ready for approved pickup in sufficient time. Pickup is available only from the areas shown for the selected cruise and starts from 6:00 PM.

6. Guest categories

Current public cruise categories are:

• Adult
• Child: 3–12 years
• Infant: under 3 years — free

Infants are also free for approved pickup.

7. Safety and conduct

Guests must follow reasonable crew safety instructions and applicable laws, marina/vessel rules and authority directions.

8. Operational changes

Routes, timings, boarding arrangements or other operational details may be reasonably adjusted for weather, marine traffic, authority instructions or safety.

If Jack Sparrow Cruise cancels because of operational, weather or safety reasons, the customer will receive a full refund or reschedule in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Customer cancellation

For direct bookings:

• cancellation 24 hours or more before scheduled departure: 30% deduction / 70% refund;
• cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled departure: no refund.

10. Third-party bookings

Bookings through Viator, GetYourGuide, travel agents or other sellers are also governed by that seller’s payment/cancellation/refund terms.

11. Website accuracy

We aim to keep information accurate. If an error affects a booking, it will be addressed reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12. Intellectual property

Website design, brand materials, text, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to Jack Sparrow Cruise unless stated otherwise.

13. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and direct bookings are governed by applicable UAE and Dubai law. Complaints should first be raised directly with us. Consumers may also use the competent UAE/Dubai consumer-protection complaint channels.
