Ride requirements

- Drivers must be at least 18 years old.
- Passengers must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by an adult.
- No driving licence required. Tourists may participate.
- Bring a valid passport or other acceptable identification.
- Wear the mandatory life jacket and attend the professional safety briefing.
- Follow all safety instructions, permitted routes and operating restrictions.
Customers operate their own vehicles. An instructor/guide supervises from a separate vehicle.
Customers may be responsible for substantiated damage they cause, in accordance with applicable law and the operator’s lawful terms.

These rules apply to Jet Ski and Jet Car bookings. All mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Read the cancellation & refund policy ↗- Customer cancellation before the activity
- 30% of the paid booking value is deducted; the remaining 70% is refunded, regardless of how far in advance you cancel.
- Customer rescheduling
- At least 6 hours’ advance notice, subject to operational arrangements.
- No-show & late arrival
- No refund for a no-show. Late arrival does not entitle you to additional ride time.
- Weather, safety or operator cancellation
- A full refund or a customer-accepted reschedule.
- Operator schedule changes
- We propose an alternative. If you cannot accept a material change, you receive a full refund. The customer cancellation deduction does not apply.

Before you ride.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Every package is priced per vehicle, including regular activity charges. Each Jet Ski carries up to two occupants, including the driver. Multiple vehicles are charged at the selected package price for each vehicle.
Is my selected time guaranteed after payment?
Payment secures your booking. Your selected date and time are your preferred arrangements; the exact activity time remains subject to operator scheduling. Our team contacts you to finalize the activity and communicate the assigned operator. You must accept a proposed material change, or you can receive a full refund if we cannot provide your requested booking.
Do I need a driving licence or experience?
No driving licence is required, and tourists may participate. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. A professional safety briefing is provided and an instructor/guide accompanies you on a separate vehicle. You must follow all safety instructions and operating restrictions.
Can children join?
Passengers must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by an adult. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. Keep within the selected vehicle’s total seating capacity.
What should I bring, and when should I arrive?
Bring a valid passport or other acceptable identification, and arrive 15–30 minutes before your activity at Dubai Harbour, Dock Master 1, AH 22. Changing rooms and lockers are available. A life jacket is mandatory.
Can I book for today?
Same-day bookings are accepted until 3:00 PM Asia/Dubai time. After 3:00 PM, choose a future date. Your chosen duration must finish within operating hours, by 5:00 PM. Staff will contact you to finalize the activity arrangements.
Who operates my activity?
Jack Sparrow handles your booking and reservations coordination. Your activity is supplied by the assigned operating provider, responsible for conducting and supervising the activity. Our team communicates the operator and final arrangements once assigned.
Are photographs included?
A photographer at the activity location may help take pictures using your own phone. Any compensation or tip is optional and arranged directly. There is no fixed photography package or mandatory photography charge.
