1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• pickup area and hotel/pickup address where pickup is requested;
• transaction status, amount and payment-provider references;

We do not need to store your full card number in our booking system. Online card payments are processed through Stripe.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to fulfil bookings, arrange pickup/boarding, process payments, provide support, operate manifests/check-in/refunds, protect the service against fraud/security issues, analyse and improve the website, measure advertising where consented, and comply with legal/regulatory obligations.

Where consent is required, we rely on that consent. Where permitted by law, information may also be processed where necessary to provide the requested service, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate security/business interests, or establish and defend legal rights.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential technologies support website and booking functionality. Subject to your consent choices, we may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads technologies, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for measurement, attribution, advertising and audience purposes.

4. Payments

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, amount and transaction references needed to reconcile your booking. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to its processing.

5. Sharing

Information may be shared where necessary with payment providers, hosting/technical providers, Google/Meta services where consented, authorised staff, relevant third-party booking sellers, and competent authorities where legally required.

6. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the UAE. Cross-border processing is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and available safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for booking fulfilment, customer service, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention and disputes.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to/stop certain processing including direct marketing, withdraw consent, and object to certain automated processing.

9. Children

The person making a booking must be authorised to provide any information relating to child or infant guests. We collect only information reasonably needed to provide the service.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Third-party websites and booking platforms

Third-party payment, map, social and booking platforms operate under their own privacy terms.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal requirements change.
